Produced in a dedicated Gluten Free facility. Ingredients: Organic Brown Rice Flour. Allergies: Trace amounts of sesame, peanuts and nuts may be found at the facility.
To prepare: Put Pho noodles into a bowl, pour boiling water over noodles to cover and leave to soak for 8-10 minutes. Strain in a colander. Do not cook.
