Our King Soba US Organic Brown Rice Ramen noodles are not quick and easy to prepare, a much healthier alternative to regular wheat ramen. Made from 100% organic brown rice, these fine noodles are a good source of fiber and rich in antioxidants, making them a treat for both your body and your taste-buds.
Ideal for vegetarians, vegans, celiacs, and anyone sensitive to gluten or wheat. It’s also kosher and perfect for those seeking a healthy food alternative.

To prepare:
STOVE METHOD
1. Bring water to a boil in a pan and add one noodle cake per person.
2. Gently separate the noodles with a fork, then reduce heat to medium to avoid clumping.
3. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are soft but not overcooked.
4. Drain and rinse thoroughly in a colander to prevent sticking.
Reheating options:
• Add noodles directly to your ingredients.
• Pour hot water over them.
• Briefly microwave to warm up.
MICROWAVE METHOD
1. Place a ramen cake in a microwave-safe bowl with 2 cups of water (or broth for extra flavor) and cover.
2. Microwave on high for 3 minutes, then carefully open and flip the ramen.
3. Microwave for another 2 minutes.
4. Open the lid carefully, stir the noodles to separate them, and let the bowl sit for
3-5 minutes (longer for softer noodles).
5. Drain the liquid or leave it, depending on your preference.
Optional: Add half a stock cube for extra flavor.
