Ingredients: Organic Buckwheat Flour, Organic Sweet Potato.

Allergies: Trace amounts of sesame, soya, peanuts and nuts may be present at the facility due to transportation of raw ingredients.

How To prepare  (Watch Video for Both Methods)
The Soaking Method
1. Remove the paper ties and lay the noodles flat in a pot.
2. Carefully pour boiling water over the noodles, separating them with a fork.
3. Leave them to sit for 8 minutes or until they become soft.
4. Drain and rinse under cold water.

Reheating options
Toss them into your ingredients.
Microwave briefly for a quick reheat.   

The Stove Top Method
1. Remove the paper ties from the noodle bundles.
2. Bring water to a rolling boil in a medium or large pot.
3. Add the noodles, then reduce the heat to medium to prevent overcooking.   

4. Gently stir with a fork to separate the noodles.
5. Cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the noodles are soft but not overcooked.
6 Drain and rinse under cold running water to prevent sticking.         

Reheating options
Pour hot water in them in a colander.
Toss them into your ingredients.
Microwave briefly for a quick reheat.
